Responsibilities include: * Assisting with all aspects of site management and coordination * Supervising trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work * Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times * Supporting the management of build programs and schedules * Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control * Liaising with suppliers, site teams, and the wider construction management team About You: We’re looking for someone with a few years of residential site experience who is eager to learn and develop within a major housebuilding business.
