You have * Passion to support customer to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail. * Experience of coordinating and signposting to internal and external services. * The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach. * Recognise every customer is different and you’re able to adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs.
