Support Coordinator Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw) Sunderland We can’t offer a CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong Want to be part of a team that are here for our customers experiencing mental health & homelessness. The service provides person centred support to those with complex mental health needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. You have * Passion to support customer to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail. * Experience of coordinating and signposting to internal and external services. * The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach. * Recognise every customer is different and you’re able to adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs. The practical bits * Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion. * Working to a set rota pattern of day shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays. * Able to use technology to update outcome spreadsheets, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues or stakeholders.
