As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering the lives of the people we support, helping them develop independence and achieve their personal goals. We provide round-the-clock care for four adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, and some physical disabilities. Our focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel respected and valued. What You Will Be Doing As a Support Worker, you will: Assess needs and develop personalised support plans Promote independence through life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect Support aspirations and help individuals achieve their goals Organise and assist with outings, appointments, and activities Administer medication and maintain a healthy, safe environment Contribute to risk assessments and management plans Induct and mentor new staff membersYou will be part of a friendly, collaborative team that works together to provide compassionate, person-centred care. About You We are looking for someone who brings experience in the care or support sector, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
