Payroll & Workday Administrator
Leeds (Outskirts) | Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 | Permanent
A successful global manufacturing business based in Leeds is recruiting a Payroll & Workday Administrator to support payroll delivery and Workday administration.
This is a hands on role working closely with HR, Finance to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of data integrity within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the end to end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
Maintain and update employee records within Workday, including starters, leavers, changes and absences
Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries
Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and month end processes
Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
Support audits, system updates and process improvements
Requirements:
Previous payroll experience essential
Hands on experience using Workday - advantageous yet not essential
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Comfortable working to deadlines in a structured, fast paced environment
Good working knowledge of UK payroll processes
