About the role
To coordinate and deliver the onsite technical requirements of a network of educational conferences, exhibitions and virtual events. To lead the coordination of the planning, preparation, delivery, installation of events based technical solutions and to support the events team through the management of logistics, production, coordination of freelancers/crew and aid the team in delivery of virtual events.
Key accountabilities:
• To manage technical equipment, to include the storage, maintenance and associated equipment stockinventory records/logs, PAT tests, LOLER tests and asset tagging.
• To be responsible for the production of H&S documentation including risk assessments methodstatements and safe working practices.
• Build and be responsible in the delivery of all virtual event preproduction.
• To be responsible for the delivery of new technical solutions ensuring they meet the individual event requirements.
• To be responsible for the technical stores area within Rosehill and the storage of all technical equipment,ensuring a clean and tidy, safe working environment is maintained.
• To attend team/client meetings to understand, support and advise on events based technical solutions.
• To advise the Event’s Organisers on budget and provide pre-event Production costs.
• To work with the team to deliver events within budget.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
• Significant experience in delivering technical event programs
• Proven ability in producing detailed, high quality H&S documentation
• Experience in event-based AV & studio delivery
• Previous experience of having contributed and collaborated to an events/production team
• Extensive knowledge of audio/video production with an ability to operate sound, lighting desk, visionmixing and media servers
• Health and Safety qualification at least to an IOSH standard
• Proficient in IT, preferably with previous knowledge of a CRM database
• Degree in a multimedia and/or television production would be desirable
• Valid and current Forklift and Ipaf licence
