Job Role
* A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of contentious probate and Court of Protection matters.
* Applications are invited from Contentious Probate Solicitors with 0-2+ years PQE, gained at a leading law firm.
* You will handle a wide range of contentious probate and Court of Protection matters, managing your own caseload within the Dispute Resolution team.
* Work independently and collaboratively, providing expert advice to clients including executors, beneficiaries, trustees, and others involved in contested wills, probate, or trust disputes.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration are essential.
