Following recent staffing changes, we are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and customer focused Front of House Team Member to join our team at an exciting time of development.

Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the operational flow of our busy restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and seating customers with warmth and professionalism
* Managing bookings and ensuring smooth service deliver
* Providing excellent customer service during all service periods
* Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
* Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
* Supporting learners during service, offering guidance and modelling professional behaviour
* Upholding the values, standards, and reputation of The Avenue Restaurant
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about hospitality and customer service
* Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers
* Able to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Flexible to work peak service times, including some evenings
* Experienced in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
