Role: Care Coordinator (Trainee)
Location: Bedfordshire

Mega Nursing & Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator (Trainee) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals within our community.

Package
* Salary: £14.09 - £14.83 per hour

Responsibilities
* Medication Assistance - Fully trained to administer medication
* Personal Care - Assisting clients with washing, bathing, dressing, etc.
* Meal Preparation - Preparing nutritious meals
* Mobility Assistance - Helping clients move around
* Running Errands - Grocery shopping, medication collection
* Light Domestic Cleaning - Laundry, vacuuming, etc.
* Community Access - Taking clients to appointments, parks, visits
* Companionship - Providing emotional support
* Client Assessments & Reviews - Conducting spot checks, updating care plans, participating in reviews
* Training New Staff - Mentoring and developing training materials
* Liaison with Social Workers - Coordinating care and sharing updates
* On-Call Duties
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience as Senior Care Assistant (Domiciliary Care)
* Level 2 in Health & Social Care
* Full valid UK Driving Licence
* Own car for work (Business Insurance required)
Working Times
Monday - Friday + Every Other Weekend (7am - 10pm)
Full-Time Only
Travel Area
* Bedfordshire
