Job Description
Within this role you take on the responsibility for Development and Sales Accountant within the Accountancy team. With your previous experience you will also tackle financial controls around development providing robust business assurance. You will also support the development team to ensure schemes meet corporate governance. As well as providing financial support and training to development and sales staff on best practice; support on the management of key financial information and advice externally; account for and reconcile schemes as certain developments progress; assist in the preparation of management of statutory accounts and key performance indicators and assist in the production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.Systems: Limelight & Care / Open Accounts / Open Housing / PTX / e-Bis Superuser and more

The Successful Applicant
The successful a Development and Sales Accountant should possess:
* Desirably AAT qualified or QBE
* Accounting experience (essential), preferably Development & Sales (business partnering)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience working in property/construction/ Not and Charities sector and/or large, complex organisation
* Customer Service skills for dealing with internal and external individuals
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional manner
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly excel)
* Organisational skills of a high standard with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
* High attention to detail
* Ability to commute to Sale.
