You'll take ownership of financial planning, support project teams with costing and reporting, and play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.In addition to leading and mentoring a small team, you will be involved in everything from overseeing cash flow and tax compliance to guiding operational efficiency and ensuring solid financial governance. Your ability to build strong relationships across departments will be essential as you support the team in delivering sustainable growth.What You’ll Be Doing
