3. Provide administrative support to the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
4. Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
5. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
6. Monitor and respond to correspondence in a timely manner.
7. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
8. Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
9. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Administrator should have:
