Consortium is partnering with a successful business in the manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their established and credible team.About the Role: As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring first class customer service is driven from order to dispatch. You will manage a selection of key accounts to ensure close relationships and efficiency with orders, pricing, and delivery. This is a varied role whereby accuracy and attention to detail is important.Responsibilities Include:
* First point of contact for new enquiries
* Processing orders accurately on systems
* Managing client orders and dealing with queries and any issues
* Provide updates and documentation to customers on specifications etc
* Working closely with sales and finance teams to set up new customers
* Taking part in planning meetings
* Occasionally meeting clients with the Sales Manager
* Confidently work with all internal teams to work towards the end result
