Trust Data Assistant – Accord Multi Academy Trust

Position Summary
Report to the Trust Data Manager and work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to administer and manage academy data, providing reporting and analysis as required. Based at Horbury Academy.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficient administration and management of academy data.
* Provide, report and analyse data as required.
* Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and external agencies.
* Use systems and tracking tools for result forecasting, booking systems for events such as parents’ evenings.
* Uphold academy child protection and safeguarding policies.
* Maintain confidentiality of information.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong administrative and IT skills, excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Experience with data systems desirable.
* Integrity when handling confidential information.
* Previous experience within a data or exams administration role or within an education setting desirable but not essential.
Working Hours
Full‑time, Monday to Thursday 8:00 am‑4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am‑3:30 pm, with a half‑hour unpaid lunch break per day. Term time applicants considered, minimum term time 15 days plus 15 days.
Salary
£25,583 to £25,989 per annum.
