Introduction
A modern residential development is looking for a confident Duty Manager to keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. You’ll be the go-to presence on site - supporting residents, leading the team, and ensuring the building always feels safe, polished and well-managed.
Role Overview:
Location: London,SE10. (site-based)
Stable hours with a clear shift pattern: 8am – 17:30 Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.
Package: DOE.
Industry: Property Management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading a small on-site team of 3 concierges, setting standards, supporting performance and ensuring processes are followed.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
3. Overseeing contractor activity and making sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the expected standard.
4. Supporting maintenance routines, logging tasks and ensuring planned and reactive works are completed on time.
5. Playing a hands-on role in building mobilisation and ongoing operational improvements.
