This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from prestigious Motorsport to prototype Automotive projects. Responsibilities include reactive fault finding at the component level—such as actuators, wiring looms/harnesses, and sensors—as well as producing complete new harnesses, looms, and systems.
You will work on harnesses used for prototype engines and ECUs in live test cells or in a production-like environment, providing a diverse range of tasks. The company is a leader in their field, known for their high-quality products across industries including Motorsport, F1, Automotive, Marine, and Aerospace. They are experiencing rapid growth, with production expected to double in the next few years, offering significant progression and personal development opportunities. The workshop is immaculate, recently invested in, with further improvements planned.
Ideal candidates will have previous wiring and harness manufacturing experience using Raychem products and Deutsch Auto sport connectors, preferably from Motorsport, Aerospace, or MOD industries. An electrical or electronic engineering qualification at HNC/ONC level or similar would be advantageous.
