Your new role
1. Management of the central inbox, circulating queries to the relevant managers
2. Scanning and filing of reports
3. Coordinate and manage files for the fleet department
4. Prepare meeting packs for departmental meetings
5. Updating internal databases
What you'll need to succeed
6. Extensive experience of working in an admin role
7. Able to work full-time in an office (no hybrid working)
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
9. Must pass DBS check
