We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 degree in Electrical Engineering by September 2026 – that’s it! No prior experience needed.
Your Graduate Scheme
The successful graduate will be working as part of the Engineering Department to support the capital investment programme. This role will see you working with framework contractors to ensure that capital investments are designed, installed and commissioned to the correct time, adhering to cost and quality requirements. You’ll provide engineering support to the business for planned and reactive projects.
There will be a requirement to travel around Wales as required.

Good to know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based in South Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process
We are running our adverts until May 3rd 2026. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely takes place at a location in South East Wales around June 2026. Further information will be provided closer to the time. We are looking for a CV and cover letter that shows us how you will make a difference and add value.
