The Role
This is a unique teaching position working with secondary-aged pupils who are accessing a primary-level curriculum due to their individual learning needs. You’ll be part of a nurturing, therapeutic environment where your skills in differentiation, emotional support, and creative teaching will make a real difference.
1. Small class sizes (approx. 8 pupils) for focused, personalised learning
2. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (early finish Fridays)
3. Strong behaviour management and KS2 experience essential
4. SEN/SEMH experience highly desirable

11. QTS and experience teaching KS2
12. Confident managing behaviour and building rapport

Requirements
20. Right to work in the UK
21. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
22. Recent safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
