We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Of House Assistant to join our Enquiries team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits. About the role Your responsibilities will include: To welcome visitors and patients to OSH and to assist them in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional, in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Maintain a visible presence and be pro-active in communicating with patients, doctors, consultants, and other members of the clinic team. To undertake a variety of administrative duties including those associated with billing and payments, to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. About you The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Good standard of general education with GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics. Experience of working in a public reception environment. Good numeracy, keyboard and computer skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
