Senior Creative Content Designer – Berkshire – Up to £45k

The Opportunity:
They are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Content Designer to take the lead in shaping the visual direction of their brand campaigns. This is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will bring the brand story to life across all visual touchpoints. They will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Design and Creative teams.
What You'll Do:
* Photoshoots & Video Production:
* Develop creative briefs in partnership with the Design, CEO, and Marketing teams
* Research visual inspiration, photographers, stylists, locations, and props
* Coordinate and support all aspects of photo and video shoots, ensuring flawless execution
* Capture and edit engaging content, from flat lays to behind-the-scenes footage and mood boards
* Design & Visual Content:
* Create stunning printed and digital assets, including brochures, presentations, invites, banners, and showroom tools
* Develop innovative concepts and prototypes for packaging and collateral materials
* Liaise with printers, source materials, and oversee production specifications
* Photo-edit and retouch images for product libraries and CMS platforms
* Content & Asset Management:
* Maintain an organised and up-to-date marketing media library
* Curate and suggest engaging content for their social media agency
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaign materials and event content
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in creative marketing within the luxury or interiors sectors
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Skilled in both photography and videography
* Confident in project coordination and stakeholder communication
* Based locally (driving license and own car helpful)
