We are now looking for a talented and curious Business Change Analyst to join our Process and Improvement team on an 18m fixed-term contract. About the role Were looking for a Business Change Analyst to join our established Business Change team at an exciting time, supporting a fast-paced integration programme that is reshaping how our organisation operates. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who brings a blend of business analysis and change management skills. Youll play a key part in identifying opportunities to improve and simplify processes, while ensuring that change is practical, well-designed and successfully adopted. Working closely with stakeholders across all directorates, youll help teams challenge existing ways of working to create more efficient and customer-focused solutions. Youll be equally comfortable analysing processes as you are facilitating conversations that turn insight into action and helping others navigate change with clarity and confidence. Alongside process improvement, youll support the delivery of change across projects and programmes, supporting business case development, leading engaging workshops, producing clear and meaningful documentation, and ensuring colleagues are supported through transition. As part of a collaborative and experienced Business Change team, youll have the opportunity to build on your existing skills while developing new ones, learning from others and contributing to how we continuously improve our approach to change. What you will do Business analysis Analyse business processes, systems and structures to identify improvements Facilitate workshops to capture customer and colleague requirements Identify pain points and propose improved ways of working Agree business and technical requirements with clear prioritisation Produce process maps, use cases and business models Support end to end design and delivery of solutions Define KPIs to track performance and simplify processes Maintain documentation aligned to our operating model Change management Develop and implement change management strategies Create communication plans to keep colleagues informed Conduct readiness assessments and present findings Support adoption and minimise resistance to change Impact assessment Analyse the impact of proposed changes on workflows and systems Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans Monitor and report on progress and effectiveness Stakeholder management Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy in Act as a link between business teams, IT and external suppliers Lead workshops and training sessions Build strong partnerships with operational teams Project support Work with project managers to meet timelines and objectives Support testing, implementation and post go live activity Track and measure success for continuous improvement Provide effort estimates and manage workload effectively What we are looking for Qualifications Degree in Business, Management, IT or related field (preferred) Professional certification in Business Analysis (preferred) Change management certification such as Prosci or APMG (preferred) Experience Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement Experience supporting organisational change initiatives Strong track record working on complex projects with cross functional teams Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop change plans and training programmes Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management tools Strong planning, organisation and time management skills Ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies Personal attributes Proactive, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence Collaborative and focused on delivering results High attention to detail and strong relationship building skills Committed to continuous improvement and professional development Benefits At SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
