Job Title: Business Development Manager – SaaS
Location: Sittingbourne – Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote, UK travel required)
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + Uncapped Commission
About the Role:
We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS provider in the fleet and logistics space to find a driven Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across key verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fleet, logistics, and rental sectors
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Deliver tailored product demos and proposals to prospective clients
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market efforts
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance tracking via CRM
* Provide market insights and feedback to inform commercial strategy
What We're Looking For:
* Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in tech or logistics
* Strong hunter mentality with a track record of closing new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Commercially minded with a strategic approach to sales
* Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
