Overview
Our main priority for this job role is to recruit passionate new Care Assistants. Caring individuals with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own, such as kindness, loyalty and being passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.
Responsibilities
* Provide support with personal care needs and preparing meals.
* Help service users take part in activities that support health and wellbeing, such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
* Support service users to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.
Qualifications and requirements
Experience and qualifications are desirable, but for this role your values and attitude towards caring for our clients are the most important requirements.
