Job Title: Senior Chef ManagerSalary: Commencing at £31,439 with progression to £34,349 per annum.Closing Date: 2025-07-04About the Role Leeds City College is looking for a Senior Chef Manager to manage all student & staff catering outlets at the Quarry Hill campus, which form part of Luminate Education Group. The role will require providing a range of freshly produced nutritious meals that our students and staff will enjoy whilst providing an outstanding level of service. This hands-on role will require someone to effectively manage a team of food service assistants working across 2 cafes. The post holder will require a keen eye for detail and driving standards, especially in relation to the implementation of food safety standards and food profit & loss.This role would suit anyone looking for a challenging role with a high level of support, working Monday to Friday daytime shifts with only very occasional evening and weekend work. We are also able to offer this role on a term time only contract if required (advertised salary would then be pro rata).What You Will DoTo effectively manage the 2 onsite cafes delivering an excellent high-quality service.
