About The Role
* Production Team Leader
* £40,144.10
* 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.
* Permanent
As a Production Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.
Your main tasks and duties will be:
* Lead a team to ensure effective running of the Production lines.
* Motivate and manage people activities to meet targets.
* Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
* Working with your team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
* Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About You
For the role of Production Team Leader we are looking for:
* Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
* Be open to learning new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
* Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
* Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
* Be comfortable working to targets.
* Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment – preferred but not essential
