Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, national facilities management organisation for an Asset & Planned Maintenance Coordinator based in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities management or hard services experience who enjoys working with data, compliance, and maintenance planning. You’ll play a key role in ensuring assets across a large retail estate are accurately recorded, compliant, and aligned to statutory and industry standards.

Location: Glasgow (1 day per week from home)
Salary: £24,969
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)
The Role
Working within the Asset & Hard Services team, you will support the administration, compliance, and accuracy of asset data and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all assets are maintained in line with SFG20 standards and internal processes, helping protect warranty compliance and lifecycle planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update asset and PPM databases across a large retail portfolio
• Ensure all assets are aligned to compliant maintenance programmes (SFG20)
• Monitor asset additions, disposals, and daily changes via internal systems
• Maintain warranty records and lifecycle cost (LCC) information
• Update and manage asset models and warranty libraries
• Produce reports identifying asset data discrepancies and compliance gaps
• Liaise with procurement teams and third-party contractors to ensure PPM schedules and certifications are in place
• Support operational teams to ensure correct asset and maintenance procedures are followed
• Escalate any compliance concerns or data inconsistencies
What We’re Looking For
• Experience within facilities management, maintenance, or hard services
• Understanding of Asset Management and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Familiarity with SFG20 standards (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Confident working with data, systems, and reporting tools
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
