Your tasks
1. Working as a part of the stores team with desire to learn and progress in career.
2. Ensuring shipments are packed to the company quality standards
3. Dispatch on courier websites DHL/FedEx according to picklist provided
4. Completing daily stores duties including:
Incoming receipt and inspectionStorage of parts in a safe mannerKitting of works ordersIssuing of shortages to work ordersIssuing stores requestsDispatching items from MRP from sales ordersCreating manual excel shipment paperwork when requiredSending relevant emails on shipmentsReceiving RMA and Demo machinesStores kept in a tidy, safe and organised mannerMRP system updated with correct BIN locationsEnsure the stock accuracy within SAP is as high as possibleOrganise courier collections when required
5. Ensuring all tasks within the warehouse are completed in line with quality procedures
6. Communicating with other plants/areas in an effective manner
7. Be involved in stock checks of the stores area as required by finance
8. Any other tasks reasonably requested by the Warehouse Controller
Your profile
9. Organisation skills: Ability to keep inventory in order and maintain a tidy workspace.
10. Attention to detail: Ensure orders are accurate and stock is correctly labelled.
11. Time management: Meeting deadlines and managing tasks efficiently.
12. Teamwork: Collaborating with others to keep operations running smoothly.
13. Communication: Competent written, spoken and reading ability
