Permanent job vacancy - Conveyancing Paralegal
Location - Glasgow City Centre
Salary - DOE
Working day - Monday - Friday
Our client based in Glasgow City Centre are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join their legal team. The successful candidate will support our conveyancing solicitors in managing residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. Our client is a very successful and reputable firm, who offer a lovely working culture and are hiring due to company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to property transactions.
* Conduct title searches and review property records.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
* Handle post-completion tasks, including registration of property with the Land Registry.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
* Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.
Qualifications:
* Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification.
* Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in using legal case management software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
