Main duties of the job
Providestrategic leadership and support to the GP Partners.
Overseebusiness and financial management including budgets, payroll, income streams(QOF, PCN, enhanced services), and cost control.
Liaise withaccountants, signs off invoices and purchases.
Lead on CQCcompliance, information governance, clinical governance, and contractualobligations.
Oversee HRfunctions: recruitment, induction, appraisals, and staff development.
Ensureefficient use of practice IT and digital systems (eg SystmOne/Accurx andtelephony services)
Leads digitalinnovation, AI tool integration and IT strategy.
Overseeinformation governance, GDPR, cybersecurity plans.
Lead on changemanagement and business development initiatives eg digital transformation, newincome streams
Represent thepractice in PCN, ICB, wider NHS forums. Liaison with suppliers and external HRcompany.

* Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience with SystmOne and NHS digital systems.
* Business or management qualification.
* Understanding of CQC and NHS regulatory frameworks.
