We are currently working in partnership with a housing association that provides affordable housing for people across London and the South of England, who are looking to appoint a permanent Director of Governance, Risk & Regulatory Compliance. This will be a full-time position, offer a s alary of £115,000 per annum. The role is also able to offer hybrid working, with the seniority of this role dictating occasional need to be on-site at a number of different locations across the South of England. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing senior leaders across the key functions, overseeing a multimillion-pound budget, and acting as a key advisor to Executive and Group Boards Shaping policy to steering regulatory engagement Championing regulatory excellence and board assurance Leading strategic servicing of Boards and Committees Overseeing legal services and compliance frameworks Driving risk culture and corporate assurance Influencing policy, ethics, and data protection Experience required: Senior leadership experience in governance, legal, risk or compliance Proven track record with Boards, regulators and complex portfolios Deep knowledge of UK housing regulation, company law, and assurance frameworks Chartered Governance Professional (CGIUKI) or equivalent qualification will be favourably looked on Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
