Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing international fashion business on a key Merchandiser appointment within their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Merchandiser to work across a portfolio of premium brands, trading across all channels including wholesale, retail, outlet, and direct-to-consumer, both in the UK and internationally.
The role offers genuine influence over seasonal assortments, go-to-market strategies, and trading decisions that will drive commercial success across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the wholesale merchandising strategy across a portfolio of premium brands, while supporting retail, outlet, and D2C channels globally.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, WSSI, and option planning to deliver profitable growth.
* Analyse sales, stock, and trading performance to identify risks and maximise opportunities.
* Partner with sales, design, buying, and marketing teams to build commercially successful assortments.
* Influence go-to-market strategies to ensure alignment across wholesale, retail, and international partners.
* Oversee stock management across territories, ensuring efficient flow and optimal profitability.
About You:
* Proven experience in wholesale merchandising, ideally within premium fashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand environments.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a sharp commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
