Great opportunity for a proven Project manager to run a fast track D&B £10m industrial & logistics project in Swindon. Its a 100,000sq ft shed with all associated externals/offices starting early to mid March.
What you'll be doing:
* Project Leadership: Taking full ownership of project programmes and cost controls to ensure profitable delivery.
* Commercial Acumen: Driving timely variation submissions, monitoring expenditure, and identifying/managing risks and opportunities.
* Team Leadership: Setting the standard for HSEQ, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of high performance and open dialogue.
* Operational Excellence: Overseeing timely procurement, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of site presentation, quality, and record-keeping (using tools like ProcurePro and Procore).
* Client Focus: Producing results that guarantee excellent client satisfaction, cash flow, and subcontractor performance.
