We are establishing a Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) focused on creating a centralized portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team. The PMO shapes and optimises the project Portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment, enhances decision-making, and provides evidence to manage risk across change and transformation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change and transformation with development opportunities and strong support from the team.
You will be part of the PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio, helping set the standards for benefits and value management and embedding them. You will help teams identify, value and validate their project benefits.
Responsibilities
* Join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within the Transformation Team to support change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business.
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers to set standards for benefits and value management and embed them.
* Help teams identify, value, and validate project benefits; support decision-making and risk management across the portfolio.
* Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting to track benefits and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills; ability to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability; comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, encouraging consideration of diversity in work.
