As Room Leader, you will ensure high-quality practice in your room, supporting both children and staff to thrive. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required. Recent experience leading a room in an EYFS nursery setting is essential. This role is not suitable for applicants without hands-on leadership experience in a nursery.
