International Sales Executive – FMCG Export Business
Location: Near Hull (Hybrid Working)
* £32,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience for higher end of banding)
* Discretionary Profit Share

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing FMCG export business that supplies a wide range of UK food and drink brands into international markets.
Operating for over two decades, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering British products to retailers and distributors across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and beyond, with a presence in 100+ global markets.
The business plays a key role in helping international customers access leading UK brands, combining strong supplier relationships with deep market understanding to drive growth across multiple regions.
Despite being headquartered in the UK, the organisation is highly international in its outlook, offering employees the opportunity to work with customers across different markets, cultures and retail environments.
As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of an International Sales Executive.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an International Sales Executive, you will support the growth of the business across assigned international markets, with a particular focus on Europe.
This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career to step into a broad, commercially focused role, combining new business development and account management.
You will work with a mix of retailers, wholesalers and distributors, supporting the development of customer relationships and helping to identify opportunities to grow sales across your markets.
The role offers strong support and development, while still giving you the opportunity to take ownership, build relationships and gain valuable international exposure.
There will also be opportunities for international travel, allowing you to meet customers and develop your understanding of different markets over time.

* Support new business development across international market
* Build and develop relationships with retail and distributor customers
* Assist in the delivery of market-specific sales plans
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong customer service and execution
* Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Conduct market and customer research to support commercial decisions
* Prepare presentations and support customer meetings
* Assist with pricing, negotiations and commercial discussions
* Travel internationally to support customer development
REQUIREMENTS:
* Some experience within sales, account management or customer-facing roles (FMCG or related sectors beneficial)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive and positive approach
* Keen interest in developing a career in international sales
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel internationally as required
