As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will be the face of the company and a key part of our direct sales model. Your role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities
1. Visit sites and customers to understand their needs through open questions and active listening, then tailor solutions accordingly.
2. Demonstrate innovative products and software to customers on-site.
3. Develop relationships with focus customers and uncover new business opportunities.
4. Manage your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce.

Candidate Requirements
* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented mindset to identify customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.

* Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to engage with all customer levels.
* Driven, curious, and well-organized with excellent time management skills.
* Full manual UK driving license (disclose points and expiry date).
