What Youll Do: Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into handson projects that challenge you. Our twoyear programme is founded on recognised industry standards and features sixmonth rotations across departments tailored to your interests. Who You Are: Were looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:

* A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Electronics, Cyber Security, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years
* A knack for solving complex problems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Selfmotivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Practical experience with Microsoft Office
