Project Manager
Location: Shoreditch
Working pattern: Full-time, studio-based
Salary: up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
Experience: Must have hospitality fit-out experience. Drive Thru knowledge is a massive bonus.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover, across multiple complex fit-out projects. This is a client-facing role where you'll work directly with leading brands, contractors, and consultants to make sure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
What you'll do
* Lead the full project lifecycle: feasibility, planning, design coordination, delivery, and handover
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses, providing clients with clear commercial insight
* Oversee budgets, cost approvals, and value engineering without compromising quality
* Manage programming, schedules, and project milestones
* Drive compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations across all projects
* Lead tender processes and ensure best value in procurement of suppliers and contractors
* Produce accurate and timely project reporting and client updates
* Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships
What you'll bring
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out, ideally across retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors
* Strong understanding of contractor and client-side contracts
* Track record delivering high-end retail or hospitality fit-outs across the UK
* Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills
* Organised, proactive, and confident solving problems independently
* Strong communication and client management skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
* Knowledge of construction safety requirements and health and safety legislation (CSCS/SMSTS desirable)
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility for national travel
