This position is based in our Bermondsey office in London, and you will be required to come to the office three days a week. What you'll be doing: In a nutshell, you’ll be delivering compelling and commercially relevant strategies based on insight gathered from primary research, which is designed, conducted and analysed by you and the team at The Mix. What this means on a daily basis : Creating a partnership with the Project Lead, and supporting projects. Seeking development support from Line Manager. Understanding of roles and outputs from other teams. Understanding of qualitative methodologies and their different techniques. Engaging eagerly in qualitative projects. Willingness to support other projects not in direct responsibility. Makes productive contributions through talent, knowledge, skills and good work habits. Contributing to the achievement of group objectives and working effectively with the team. Actively seeking out news about brands and communication strategy. Proactively pursuing own growth: going after opportunities that will support your objectives. We are looking for someone who: Can carry out desk research on core areas of the company, category, culture and competition to aid with a research project. Supports projects simultaneously. Builds a discussion guide from brief. Manages and communicates with respondents effectively to support them during fieldwork. Can create keynote presentations in line with brand guidelines. Communicates effectively internally and with recruitment agencies or external suppliers. Will contribute to an effective analysis doc with guidance. Moderators to probe questions established in project conversations. Able to check scripted survey links against approved questionnaires for inconsistencies with guidance. Can put together client update documents with guidance. Good time management skills can alert the Analyst, Strategist and Project Manager if there are timing issues. Excellent attention to detail and workload management and delivers all project outputs on time.
