We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Rehabilitation Assistants to join our dedicated team.
What you will be doing
As a Night Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resident’s day to day. This is a hands-on, person-centred role where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting residents with personal care tasks (where required)
* Encouraging participation in rehabilitation, therapy and social activities
* Providing emotional support and companionship
* Working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
* Delivering care in line with individual care plans
You’ll take the time to get to know each resident and support them in a way that respects their goals, preferences and independence.
