The Director of Operations will:
- Lead the Operations Board and align strategic objectives with operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to drive growth and sustainability.
- Ensure exceptional care standards and compliance across all homes.
- Manage the integration of new care homes into the group.
- Develop and monitor budgetary performance for all homes.

The ideal Director of Operations will have:
- Leadership and management qualifications, such as NVQ Level 5.

- Proven leadership abilities with geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
