The Role
We are seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Technician to join our client in Dudley. Ideal for someone with at least 3 years of IT support experience, this role offers a chance to grow in a professional, supportive environment. You’ll ensure clients receive prompt, expert support to keep their business secure and productive.

* Backup solutions and storage systems
* LAN and WAN technologies including, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, VPN, switching, routing, wired and wireless access (a basic networking understanding)
* Knowledge of application support
