A day in the life of…
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel's success.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy. Networking and market research will be essential to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships. You will negotiate contracts and pricing, collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and analyse market trends to develop effective marketing plans and sales reports, all of which are critical to the hotel's success.
We are looking for a personable and organised individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, who will excel in this role.
What do we need from you?
To succeed, you should have experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably within the hospitality sector. You must be comfortable discussing business performance and making informed decisions at a senior level. This is a highly collaborative position, working closely with the senior management team on-site and upskilling the team to maximise revenue at every opportunity.
