Brief Role Description
This is a Head Office 'onsite role' offered on a 12 month(s) fixed-term basis. You will be required to provide a full administrative support service to the Superintendent’s team within the Operations Department for head office & pharmacies across the group. You will provide excellent customer service, and work to high standards meeting individual, team and Company objectives. You will aid in the smooth running of Head Office and the Company by following Company procedures in all areas to the prescribed requirements and being proactive in addressing the needs of the business. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch.
Key Responsibilities
* To liaise with the Superintendent’s team to coordinate all current project activities, with a particular focus on pharmacy services
* To assist the Superintendent’s team with general administration support
* To liaise with staff in our network of over 200 pharmacy branches in relation to the current projects
* To break down projects into objective completable tasks
* To update workflows
* To prepare and provide documentation to internal teams
* To attend meetings, take minutes and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
* To monitor project progress and highlight potential issues
* To measure and report on project performance
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
Essential
o Previous experience working as an administrator in a busy office environment and juggling lots of tasks is required.
o Excellent telephone manner
o Professional demeanour
o Good interpersonal skills; rapport building, customer service, listening skills
o Good time management and organisational skills
o Good problem-solving skills using your own initiative
o Ability to prioritise and multitask
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o The ability to work to tight deadlines
Desirable
o Full driving licence
