Location & Travel
Based in Frimley, UK. Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees. This role does not admit relocation.

Responsibilities
* Manage projects from Initiation through Commercialisation, Launch and Post‑Launch phases.
* Develop timelines, key milestones and risk/mitigation plans.
* Coordinate activities of cross‑functional team members to deliver commitments and key deliverables.
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet launch commitments defined in the project scope.
* Manage projects according to SCJ processes and best practices.
* Assure cross‑functional subject‑matter experts are engaged to deliver required milestones, focusing on cost of sales, capital, quality and customer service metrics (including first arrival date and case fill rates).
* Track project progress against deliverables and milestones, issue status reports, and elevate breakdowns and issues as necessary.
* Maintain documentation in the project management system, MSProject, StageGate documents, risk register, issue log, OneNote and close‑out reports.
* Manage internal and external communication plans (team, stakeholders, sponsors and executives).
* Apply root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving skills to identify critical factors that impact successful implementation.
* Draw on functional expertise to enable successful commercialization.
* Demonstrate SCJ Success Drivers and establish a “Mindset to Win” culture.
* Apply in‑depth functional knowledge to complete projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline (Master’s with relevant experience acceptable), with a strong foundation in product development, supply‑chain or commercialization.
* Proven experience in project management within CPG/FMCG environments, ideally spanning development, manufacturing, planning or distribution.
* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end product launch and commercialization processes, including new product development and contract manufacturing.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple levels, both internally and externally.
* Solid project management capability, including planning, execution and delivery within complex, matrixed environments (PMI/APICS certification a plus).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured outcomes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; confidence leading meetings and aligning stakeholders across regions.
* High initiative, resilience and adaptability; proactive, results‑driven mindset.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
