Our client is a leading force within both the student and residential lettings market. They are seeking a proactive and creative Property Marketing Executive to support their continued growth and enhance their marketing presence.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Prepare high-quality property listings, including descriptions, photography, and video content
7. Support property dressing/staging to maximise rental appeal
8. Assist with housing fairs, open days, student events, and local networking
9. Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google platforms
10. Manage Google Business Profile, online reviews, and local search visibility
11. Optimise website content for SEO and ensure accurate online property listings
12. Maintain brand consistency across signage, events, and marketing materials
13. Monitor performance on property portals, reviewing analytics to improve enquiries
14. Support digital advertising campaigns and email marketing activity
What We’re Looking For:
15. Experience in residential lettings or property marketing (ideal)
16. Strong social media management and content creation skills
17. Confident on camera and comfortable producing video content
18. Photography skills preferred
19. Experience working at events or housing fairs is advantageous
20. Familiarity with property CRM, CMS, and portal systems
21. Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
22. Passionate about property, marketing, and delivering excellence
23. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
24. Full UK driving licence (essential)
