This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where youll own the marketing function and drive the companys go-to-market strategy. Youll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing a significant marketing budget, and leading a small but growing team. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, creative storytelling, and data-led decision making - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Designing and delivering the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth
Leading integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid media
Managing a six-figure marketing budget and evaluating ROI across all channels
Overseeing marketing operations, analytics, and reporting performance to senior leadership
Building and managing agency relationships (e.g. SEO, web, video, and content partners)
Line managing a Marketing Manager and helping expand the team internationally over time
Conducting market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging
Leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and scale
Youre a commercially minded marketing professional with experience in B2B or SaaS environments, and you know how to connect brand, performance, and strategy to deliver measurable growth. Youll bring curiosity, creativity, and a structured approach to marketing leadership.
Essential Qualities
Proven experience in leading marketing strategy and execution in a B2B tech or SaaS setting
Demonstrated success in building brand presence and supporting sales-led growth
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
Proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
Based in London and able to attend the office at least two days per week
Willingness to travel occasionally to support international projects
Experience in EdTech, digital learning, or technology-led training environments
Understanding of growth marketing or go-to-market strategy development
A senior marketing position in a fast-scaling tech business
