Miki Travel are looking for individuals who are passionate about travel and motivated to join a growing organisation. Our office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.
Contacting existing clients and Travel agents and exploring potential new clients/Travel agents at Miki Travel DMC Europe Sales Department, responsible for tours in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and many other European countries
Main Responsibilities of the role
* Maintain communication with clients/Travel Agents (online meetings and physically visit their office if necessary)
* Prepare tour quotations and offers for client/Travel Agent
* Regularly coming up with new tour ideas to offer to our clients
* Communicate all necessary tour arrangements to our Sales Operations department as well as monitor its development.
* Invoicing and money collection
* Deal with unexpected matters affecting the development of tours
* Report sales activity to management
Skills and Experience
1. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English + Spanish/French/Germany (One of them will be preferred)
2. Experience in the travel industry minimum 3 years (Preferable Sales experience too)
3. European geographic knowledge
4. Interest on learning new skills and to stablish new Client/Agent relations
5. Good organizational skills, adaptability to changes in work levels and timeframes
6. Management & ability to work well under pressure
