Offer description

Responsibilities


1. Provide expert advice and support the administration of all aspects of reward, including pay, benefits, incentive plans, bonuses, and share options
2. Provide expert advice on all reward regulatory matters including the Remuneration Code and Capital Requirements Directive (CRD V)
3. Provide support for the preparation and drafting of papers for the Board Remunerationmittee
4. Support thepany Secretary with the Bank's Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SMCR) including Senior Manager Function (SMF) applications, as well as the appointment of Material Risk Takers (MRTs) and Certified Persons (CP), where appropriate
5. Conduct research, data analysis, and present benchmarking insights on salary and benefits trend
6. Monitor and evaluate existing policies and practices, rmending innovative improvements where appropriate
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues in centres of expertise to design and implement effective business solutions
8. Share knowledge proactively with People Team colleagues to support continuous team development
9. Manage and support payroll administration processes as required
10. Lead and contribute to reward-related projects using strong project management skills
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
12. Apply consultancy skills to deliver tailored reward solutions
13. Effectively manage multipleplex priorities and issues simultaneously
14. Leverage a broad understanding of reward practices, including salary review cycles, bonus and benefits design, and project delivery

What We're Looking For
15. Extensive experience in reward and benefits, with a strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory and industry practices
16. Proven expertise inpensation strategy and implementation
17. Strong analytical and data presentation skills
18. A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
19. Experience in payroll and reward operations
20. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
21. A proactive and flexible approach to work

Location
22. London (5 days per week in the office)
23. Travel to other locations may be required on occasion.
