Position: Sales Support Administrator
Location: West Bromwich
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
1. Processing customer orders
2. Setting up new accounts
3. Answering telephone and email queries professionally
4. Assisting the Team Leader in supervising and mentoring the team
5. Supporting the sales team
6. Working on Microsoft Excel daily
7. Carrying out various administrative duties
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Team Leader, or Supervisor is advantageous
Compensation:
Salary ranges from £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
